A sector of our workshop deals with the mechanical construction of\u00a0 rotogravure cylinders with removable shaft\u00a0 with cylindrical or conical bushing with driveway.
\nThe thickness of the tube used is 10\/12 mm.<\/p>\n

The standard sizes are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cylinder diameter development:
\nFrom:350mm. up to 1000 mm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Board length:
\nFrom: 510mm. at 4000mm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to the unified measures shown above, we work cylinders with “special” dimensions requested by the customer.
\nThe cylinders listed above can also be built with hubs based on the customer’s drawing or according to assembly requirements.<\/p>\n

\u00a0SHAFT PRODUCTION<\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\"SHAFT\"<\/h3>\n

FA.RE.MEC produces mechanical shafts according to the customer’s needs using materials such as steel in general, from turning, case-hardening and hardening alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, brass, special alloys and plastic materials.<\/p>\n

However, it is possible to work any type of material on specific customer request, including materials supplied by the customer.<\/p>\n

Our workshop is able to carry out any type of recovery work (including grinding, lapping, heat and galvanic treatments, etc.), allowing us to deliver fully finished pieces of all processes.<\/p>\n

We can work shafts with: diameter up to 800; and a maximum length of mm.4000.<\/p>\n

Our\u00a0mechanical shafts are normally used in these sectors:
\nElectromechanical industry\u00a0(rotors, etc.)<\/strong>
\nExtraction industry\u00a0(drill rods, etc.)<\/strong>
\nHydraulic industry\u00a0(shafts for turbines, pelton\/francis impellers, etc.)<\/strong>
\nPaper industry\u00a0(pins for cylinders, etc.)<\/strong>
\nRefining industry\u00a0(air cooler shafts, fans, compressors)<\/strong>
\nConstruction industry\u00a0(shafts for crushers, mixers, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Technical Department can collaborate with the customer for a better definition of the product characteristics.
